About Anne
I have been in the fitness and wellness industry for 24 years. I began my career as a Pilates instructor in New York in 2001 and became a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates, teaching certification programs and continuing education around the country. In 2005, I became the co-director of education for Studio Lotus in Atlanta, GA. In 2017 I began my own Nutrition and Pilates practice at Bridge Body Clinic + Training Center in the Kirkwood neighborhood. Most recently, I have become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

I obtained my Masters Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) awarded under the board for certification of nutrition specialists. I completed training through The Clinician's Incubator as a trauma informed health and wellness coach.

The vast array of information and diet plans available can be overwhelming. I found myself owning a bookcase full of diet books and still not feeling like I knew what to do to be healthy. I bounced from one plan to the next while my hormones, stress levels and gut health went without attention.
I made the decision to go to graduate school because I had a desire to understand the science behind how our bodies work and how our food and lifestyle choices affect our well-being.
My goals is to be able to help each client find their own individual path to optimal health.

Outside of teaching, I can be found, indoor rock climbing, paddle boarding, taking fitness classes around town and spending time with my 15 year old daughter who is my ultimate motivator to be healthy!

I look forward to being a part of your journey.
